| radio communication mode, so as to make manual/automatic (selectable) control of water supply to a consumer according to its payment of water fee. |
| Because of the capacity to carry out remote monitoring and control of overall situation, the management level is greatly enhanced with much lowered |
| cost. The system is composed of Huizhong SCL ultrasonic water meter (Flowmeter), computer system, GSM network, GSM radio communication |
| conversion unit and valve (optional). |
