    Insertion-type ultrasonic measurement technology
  The insertion type transducer (single/double transducer version) is a domestically pioneering and patented
  product (Patent No.:ZL99251293.X). The development of the transducer makes it possible to mount the transducer
  on-line under water pressure without incurring any economic loss due to shutdown of water flow, and eliminate the
  drawbacks experienced in the long-term use of clamped-on type transducer, such as instability and unreliability.
  The dual-transducer version (Patent No.: ZL200420006380.1) is battery-powered and adaptable to larger pipe
  sizes at places where on-site power source is unavailable.

    A special drilling tool for drilling holes on pipe under pressure
  It is a hand-held drilling tool specifically designed for on-line mounting of insertion-type transducer (Patent No.:
  ZL992114.6).Compact in size, it can be used at places with limited mounting space. Moreover, the tool can effect
  automatic drill bit cooling and drill chip removing during drilling operation. Its use makes the mounting of insertion-type
  transducer easier and more convenient.
   
    High-temperature flow transducer
  The high-temperature version can ensure a normal operation under a temperature up to 150¡æ with noticeable
  increased signal intensity and pressure-bearing capacity. Its use makes it possible to effectively extent the measuring
  range of an ultrasonic flowmeter for better catering to the needs of users.
   
    Digital ultrasonic flowmeter
  The use of the DSP digital signal processor makes it possible to switch analog signal to digital signal ¨C a significant
  breakthrough in ultrasonic flow measuring technology. The meter offers an ultra-high error-correction and anti-interference

    Micro-power consumption version
  This kind of flowmeter was successfully developed in August 2002. It is battery powered with drastically reduced power
  consumption (<1mW) and can continuously run for a period of over 10 years with a single cell. The meter is adaptable to
  large pipes with a size up to 4m and capable of working uninterruptedly for a period of over 6 years with a single battery
  cell.

    SCL-61D ultrasonic flowmeter in cast iron structure
 

It is a novel type meter featuring the use of cast iron casing instead of steel casing in original design. After the structure

  change, it still retains the original capacity of being sensitive to an extremely low initial flowrate (0.005m/s). Furthermore,
  it is water saving and energy-efficient due to the absence of any flow-resisting parts in the casing. Its other attractions

  1.Highly corrosion-resistant. Long service life of measuring pipe section. More adaptable to harsh working condition.
